Terms and Conditions

Festivology is part of The Campfire Cooking Company. Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Campfire Cooking Company may change these Terms and Conditions without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check them for any changes whenever you visit our website and in particular before placing an order. Your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

The Campfire Cooking Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, (including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss. (“Financial loss” in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description).The Campfire Cooking Company’s liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order, provided it has been paid.

Pricing

Prices are correct at time of publishing, are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20% where appropriate.

All prices are as accurate as possible and we have done our best to avoid any mistakes. We reserve the right to change any prices as and when is needed, without notice. Sale items & special offers are only valid for a specified time. The Campfire Cooking Company reserve the right to alter these prices &/or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

Product Description

The Campfire Cooking Company has taken every care to portray items correctly and to ensure that all product information, descriptions and pricing are correct, however slight variations may occur. The Campfire Cooking Company cannot accept responsibility for any errors made. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible.

Placing of Orders

When you shop with us we will ask you to input your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if required about your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your phone number so they can contact you reference your delivery if required. If you have provided us with your email address we will send you a confirmation of your order. Please note this email confirmation only acknowledges your order it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and the order despatched to you. Please note you will be charged at the time of placing your order.

We may find that an item is out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and you can either wait for the product to come back into stock, or offer you an alternative or a refund.

We accept all of the following payment types through our website or over the telephone; Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta or Paypal. All credit card transactions made to The Campfire Cooking Company are conducted through a secure payment site. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery on all orders over £25 to Mainland UK.
For orders below £25, standard delivery charges are £3.95
Deliveries to the Shetland Islands, Hebrides, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will be £4.95
Depending on the weight, size and value of your order, deliveries are either via Royal Mail or Courier.
Deliveries are usually within 3-5 days.
Where possible we will do our best to despatch orders the same day, however if not they will be despatch the next working day
If you require an urgent delivery, delivery to the Channel Islands, international delivery, including the Republic of Ireland please email or ring for delivery prices, as these vary by weight.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from The Campfire Cooking Company. However, there may be times when you need to return your product. We will accept returned products within 14 days of order, providing they are in their original packaging, are undamaged and in an as new condition to be re sold. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then we will not be able to offer you a full refund.

The Campfire Cooking Company does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.

Please note: Any goods returned are the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by a registered or recorded method. The Campfire Cooking Company cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because of an error by us, we are more than happy to reimburse you the postage costs. Please contact us prior to sending anything back.

Products Damaged On Arrival or Faulty

We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified of within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.

Cancelling Order

Under the distance selling regulations you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing by emailing us. If an order is cancelled after it has been despatch, it is your responsibility to return the goods to The Campfire Cooking Company and at your expense.

The Campfire Cooking Company has made every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer

The Campfire Cooking Company shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. The Campfire Cooking Company shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to any computer equipment as a result of using this website.

We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure and do not hold credit card information. Credit card payments are taken through Paypalpayment gateway and are made through their secure website.

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information extremely seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Payment online is via a secure site using Paypal. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions.
